Kerri is the nexus of our practice. Her knowledge of oral surgery practice operations combined with her passion and commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality and integrity provide the necessary components of an exceptional Practice Manager. She implements and maintains our office systems and procedures while leading our team of dedicated staff through training as we incorporate state of the art technologies. Kerri has extensive knowledge in every facet of an oral surgery practice by gaining hands on experience throughout the practice for over 25 years. She dedicated 3 of the 25 years specifically to esthetics. Kerri enjoys dealing directly with our patients, referring doctors and staff on a daily basis. Her utmost goal is ensuring that our patient's and referring offices experience is positive as they receive the highest quality of surgical care and communication. When she is not dedicating her time to the practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. Kerri's hobbies include painting and interior design. Erika is the friendly voice you hear when you first call our office and the smiling face you see when you arrive for your appointment. She runs the front office seamlessly and pays close attention to detail. Erika is skilled in the areas of insurance verification, pre-authorizations, as well as treatment planning and scheduling appointments. She has a broad understanding of financing options and payment processing. Erika is an avid soccer fan and enjoys taking cruises anywhere tropical. She is also a pet parent to Pancho, a cat she rescued outside our office.

Randi has worked in the field of oral surgery for 24 years. She attended The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston TX, where she graduated and received her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1989. She also holds certifications in radiology, infection control, privacy practices, CPR, basic life support and advanced cardiac support. Randi also serves as our implant coordinator. She carefully coordinates and oversees our implant cases from start to finish by communicating with implant representatives and the patient's dentist ensuring accuracy and placement for the best possible surgical results. Randi is highly trained and experienced in reviewing patient records and health history, ordering necessary testing, obtaining medical clearances from physicians and coordinating outpatient procedures in a hospital setting when needed. She is also credential with HCA hospital system to assist Dr. Ravi in out-patient surgery procedures performed in the hospital operating room. Randi is a punctual hard worker with experience and dedication making her an irreplaceable member of our team. In her free time, Randi loves watching Alabama play football, and spending time with her husband of 28 years, three daughters and two dogs.

Janie has extensive experience in the field of dentistry. She began her career in the field of general dentistry where she assisted chair-side for 11 years. She has worked as an oral maxillofacial surgical assistant and has been a valued member of our staff for the past 15 years. Janie is a Registered Dental Assistant who is certified in radiology, infection control, CPR, ACLS and HIPPA privacy practices. Our patient's love the way Janie has a way of calming them before and after their oral surgery procedure. Her sweet demeanor and compassion for our patients are some of the wonderful qualities that make Janie a valuable member of our team. Janie enjoys spending time with her husband and family as well as reading and music.

Becky has worked in the field of dentistry for over 24 years. She spent 17 years as a registered dental assistant for a general dentist and the past 7 years as an oral maxillofacial surgical assistant. Becky is a Registered Dental Assistant who is certified in radiology, infection control, CPR, ACLS, HIPPA privacy practices, Nitrous Oxide and a licensed phlebotomist. We admire the knowledge, enthusiasm and positive energy she adds to our team. When she's not working, Becky enjoys spending time with her family and her five rescue dogs. She also enjoys riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
